Paradoxa
This collection, of interdisciplinary ambition, seeks to publish research works in the humanities and social sciences that have in common an intent to question doxa, even if that means leaving it behind in order to better grasp the force – and, where appropriate, the relevance – of the common sense that structures our judgements. With a resolutely reflexive ambition, seeking to go against the grain of prejudices or accepted ideas – whether common sense ideas or semi-scholarly meaning – the collection aims to stimulate and develop interdisciplinary research, mobilizing the paradoxical attitude of philosophy and the social sciences, which accept as valid only well-argued and reasoned statements.
