Réception critique du Nom de la rose

1Nous avons donné à mesure les références des ouvrages qui nous ont été utiles. La bibliographie qui suit a pour objet non pas de récapituler ces indications, mais de fournir une information complémentaire en présentant une sorte de tableau chronologique de la réception critique du roman d’U. Eco. Elle ne recense ni les entretiens, ni les articles de presse, et se limite aux ouvrages et articles « académiques » les plus visibles concernant entièrement, ou pour une grande part, Le Nom de la rose. Les ouvrages, thèses et numéros spéciaux de revues sont, pour chaque année cités d’abord et distingués par un astérisque. À l’intérieur de chaque sous-ensemble, l’ordre est alphabétique. Le nombre des articles cités aurait pu être considérablement multiplié. Nous avons privilégié ceux qui n’apparaissent pas sur le site très informé qui est dédié à U. Eco à l’Université de Bologne.
