It is very evident to many of us that your department has a stated policy of integration and is trying desperately to work towards that end, but the Roman Catholic Church is bringing such pressure to bear on the Department that in the main it is seriously hindering your whole program to the extent of coming close to almost directing it in some areas of Canada (p. 1).
