Alin Suciu is a senior researcher at the Niedersächsische Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Göttingen and a lecturer at the Faculty of Theology at the University of Helsinki. He specialized in Eastern Christianity and Coptic literature. His scholarly work includes studies, editions and translations of Eastern Christian texts. He is the author of The Berlin-Strasbourg Apocryphon: A Coptic Apostolic Memoir (2017) and Monahul și scribul: Creștinismul egiptean între idealul monahal și cultura scrisă (2022).
Alin Suciu est chargé de recherche à la Niedersächsische Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Göttingen et enseigne à la Faculté de théologie de l’Université d’Helsinki. Il s’est spécialisé dans l’étude des christianismes orientaux et de la littérature copte. Ses travaux incluent des études, des éditions et des traductions de textes chrétiens orientaux. Il est l’auteur de The Berlin-Strasbourg Apocryphon: A Coptic Apostolic Memoir (2017) et de Monahul și scribul: Creștinismul egiptean între idealul monahal și cultura scrisă (2022).
