Après la publication de la version originale de mon livre en allemand qui avait le titre Die deutsche Inflation 1914-1924. Ursachen und Folgen in internationaler Perspektive (Berlin, 1980), des recherches particulièrement intensives sur ce sujet ont commencé. Dans la partie suivante, j’ai d’abord énuméré les publications qui résultaient de la recherche internationale Beitrage zu Inflation und Wiederaufbau in Deutschland und Europa 1914-1924. Ensuite, j’ai mentionné quelques études qui ne faisaient pas partie de ce projet mais dont j’ai parlé brièvement dans l’avant-propos.
