About the author

France Veber, also Weber [1890, Gornja Radgona, Ger. Oberradkersburg (Northeastern Slovenia) − 1975, Ljubljana]: philosopher. He studied philosophy at the University of Graz under Alexius Meinong, graduating in 1917. Between 1919 and 1945, he taught philosophy at the University of Ljubljana. In 1940, he became a member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts in Ljubljana. Veber’s philosophy was rooted in the tradition of the Graz school of phenomenology, sharing its interests in the philosophy of mind and theory of knowledge.
