Fena olukiko lwo Buganda tulabye nga abalenzi abo mu lubiri babade batuletede akabi mu kutesa kwabwe, era nebibi byebakola ebye ngeri zona, kyetuvude tubagoba mu lubiri netulekamu abamu betukkiriza, nga balungi, nate tugambye Kabaka nti Mukama wafe tukusabye kino naye oluvanyuma bwetuliraba omuntu omu oba baziri oba kukirawo bwalikokola ebigambo nga ebibina byona ebye dini zona byebikyawa, era ebyonona dala obulungi bwe nsi, ebyawerebwa, ekikwasa ensonyi egwanga lyafe era abagovumenti byebakyaye, naye oyo bwalirabika nga akola dala awatali kubusabusa alikwatibwa awatali kuyomba nokukayana na bakulu bona ab’olukiko kubanga bona bakkiriza nesanyu, naye nange Kabaka Mwanga ebigambo ebyo mbikkiriza, kubanga ab’olukiko lwange bona babikakasizza batesezza kirungi, kubanga kya kukuma bulamu bwange n’obulungi bwe nsi yange Kyenda mbisima, kubanga bidade nga bindetede akabi kanene “Yatekako Omukono.”

While we were discussing their removal, the Kabaka personally called on us to lodge a request for two of his favorite pages to stay, who were Petro Tebukya, the successor of Jumba Luimbazi and Mwanjale otherwise known as Yusufu who stayed with him until the former’s death. After allowing him to take back his favorite pages we also asked him of this: -
All of us of the Buganda Lukiko, are of the opinion that the said pages have been a source of danger in their wicked actions and deliberations, and we have therefore removed them from the Lubiri where we have left only those of proved good character. We have agreed with the Kabaka as follows: that in the future if one, two or more people are found committing an evil action which all religious denominations denounce or detrimental to the good of the country and against which there are laws, what [sic] actions are really a shame to our country and detested by the Government, one found in the action will be arrested and none of the senior chiefs or members of the Lukiko may quarrel or dispute since they have also agreed with myself- Kabaka Mwanga- who entirely agree to such an undertaking as all members of my Lukiko have approved the same as being a good thing. These measures are intended for the protection of my life and the good of the country. I have therefore approved of same, realising that such wickedness has been exposing me to a great danger ahead.
